Cutting wheel flare arches

Might have to trim them on the ute to fit new rock and tree sliders.

What is the best method?

Thinking of masking tape, mark area to be cut, small drill in the corner of area to be cut then stanley knife? scissors? or junior hacksaw??

Tin snips work remarkably well. Are they colour coded or matt black ?

Colour coded black same as the UTE.

for some reason I seem to have a collection of arches (considering I have not had a 90 or a 110) so if you bugger it up give me a shout I may be able to help you out with a replacement

I used to be a sheet metal worker, they have a wonderfull device that cuts with compressed air and an arc, it will cut up to 1/4" plate like a VERY hot knife through butter, so see if you have any sheet metal fabricators in your area that want a few quid cash in there tea break )

Alternativly do a google search for a 'nibbler'

Landy arches in question are a rubbery plastic stuff not metal, I also use tin snips or a big pair of scissors.

lol in that case, use a jigsaw and a light sand afterwards, just did mine only took a few mins
