I was offered this last week and could not refuse at the price. It even came with 9 months tax and a full tank of diesel.

I had no intention of keeping as Steve had asked me to look out for a motor for him. Only problem is that now that I have driven it for a few days, the lads at work think that he will have to prize the keys out of my cold dead hand.

Can I really desert the V8 or should I be a good, generous father?

Not that generous! I will end up with an Hyundai Coupe F2 Evo, if I can get into such a low motor.

Be a kind generous father, give him the motor, it will save you money cos Steve won't break your range rover trialling, or beat you in your own motor. . .

You could always give Steve the RR and then Graeme's comments will still apply and it wont cost you as much to run and you won't worry about the deep wet bits, only downside is the Disco's got a clutch to faff about with.
Bring it round and I'll tweek it so it goes better than the RR too.
