It'd be worth dropping the propshaft off and making sure the UJ moves freely. Also be careful when greasing the siding joint, I've seen them "hydraulic" if the hole in the end plate is blocked and that can cause the UJs some pain. Make sure the propshaft can expand/contract on the sliding joint.
