hence the 'downgrade' from electronic injection pump to mechanical injection pump.....to get rid of the electronics.....!!! Thank Bo... Flywheel not locked. It's an auto. Tried locking the flywheel last time when I need to replace the crank pulley......end up having to take starter motor out and shafted a big screw driver through...long story....!! PU adhesive will sort it out. It lasts forever, is oblivious to nearly all solvents (including petrol), remains flexible and expands with the joint. Silicon is a waste of time by comparison. A new addition to job list seems to be CV's. Thet started clicking as soon as I removed the steering stop but only on full lock. HI Remove the flanges from your both old diffs inc spacers & shims if any should be the same spacer I would think that your old flange will be worn where the oil seal rubs on it especially as it has had a lot of abrasive mud etc over the last few years I suggest if it is worn you buy a new flang...
