Any more pics of the conversion process? Or perhaps if it's still in that (or similar) state, I wouldn't mind a look at it if it's not too inconvenient - it's part of my (very) long term plan to do something similar.

I don't recon much to the wooden grill pannel, I hope you are going to stain it before varnishing and waxing to a fine lustre.
I have included a couple of ideas for you: The classic "In Loving Memory" and the ever so popular "Deacon's Bench". Hope this helps.

You need some matching seats, go to the for sale section, Jim's got four pine ones that will go just nicely...
finaly getting around to finishing it off that was until I was offerd a log burner to replace the the V8.
Progress to date is
V8 is running on mega squirt
body work alterations are complete
paint is 95% complete just bonnet and scutal to do and fit
rear seat, door trims and roof lining to fit
rear lights to fit
then there is the engine swop to do plus new ful tank to manufactor
