I've got a 110 rolling chassis and bulkhead at work (my old challenge 110), if you are iterested in the bulkhead let me know as it won't be expensive, needs a couple of small patches at the top but all the bottom has been prevously done by me , got a pair of lovells front shockers, a few turrets bot...

The settigs for the diseasel are different to the V8 but as a reference I've got mine set so you can feel the extra little resistance of the cable operating the kick down valve just before the pedal hits the floor/pedal stop, this seems pretty good, I could probably fine tune it a bit more but there...

I'd also clean out the intercooler if there's a lot of oil in it and as Phil said give it a good wash (be carefull with jetwash/steam cleaner on intercooler/radiator as they is a bit fragile) and see where it leaks from, if it's been drawn into the intercooler then areas I'd check would be crank bre...
