90 R380 gearbox oil

Hi
Whats the best oil to use in the manual gearbox on a 300 tdi
my manual says atf but i think this is wrong only applying to the lt77
also i have seen on a forum suggesting 80/90rear iol


also is there a filter the LT77 has one but this is not mentioned in the manual

Landrovers own R380 overhaul manual says ATF M2C33 F or G. It also shows an oil filter located in the extension housing.
