Hi Adrian, You may: 1) fit an Eberspacher heater for a long term solution....but them are costly 2) or fit an additional rafiator from a small car with a fan on it.....which involves some work with the coolant piping 3) or buy a few of those 12v 150w car heater from ebay for less than a tenner each....

does anyone has a press I can borrow? Am going to re-bush the 110 with standard rubber bushes in the next month or so before next MOT. Beer token available
Am currently using Kingpin Highlander remoulds.....7.50/16......seen a few other club members using the same. They are the same as the diamonds pattern. Found them having slightly less grip in the mud compared to the Simex's pattern, but more grip on rocky surface , as well as more grip on tarmac. W...

It's about time I give the 110 some new springs as the current set seemed to had sagged. Question is which ones to replace them with? Not sure what it has currently, apart from being rusty, old and battered. Due to the heavy PTO winch at front, seems logical to go for the HD front springs, NRC9448 f...
Similar issue with my disco 1 previously, turned out to be bad contact from cable to starter motor solenoid. Added an an additional ground cable from starter motor mount to chassis, and it helps.
Jim, I'd converted my previous to run without the donut, you will need 4 items: - rear prop shaft off a 200tdi disco - pinion spacer, 1st link below - 4 bolt flange kit, 2nd link - 4 x new prop bolts, 8 x new prop nuts Dave Medd has a tool to remove the 3 bolt flange, you may ask him to borrow that,...
my plan is to clean out the whole system...getting rid of the grease.......as I already have a mini oiler along the intake pipe...will just drop some compressor oil in there (have got a one litre bottle.....can last me near on forever....so, will pass you some)....and top up whenever it's needed.
Roger........DO NOT pack up grease in the swash plate area of a Denso compressor. I DID and the grease blocked the pressure relief valve, causing back pressure and burst the pipe. From the compressor output, the pipe connects to a pressure relief valve, then to the filter and snap coupling. The pipe...
getting the stainless wire and gas as I would like to make a water tank to fit in the 110. As the tank will be for drinking water, wouldn't want it to rust.
Richard.....you are welcome to use my MIG anytime...I only have the mild steel wires at the moment tho..
